Licensed Professional Counselor | CBT & Reality Therapy
Life doesn't always go as planned. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life changes, substance use, or the effects of trauma, therapy can provide the space to better understand what's happening and begin moving toward the life you want.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and practical change. My role is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore challenges openly, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

I work with adults and college-aged individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, parenting stress, traumatic stress, stress management, and life transitions. Together, we'll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical skills that support lasting growth.

My approach is individualized and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing us to tailor treatment to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.

I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University in 2015 and am committed to helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change—one step at a time.
