Licensed Graduate Social Worker | Strengths-Based Therapy • Solution-Focused Therapy • Trauma-Informed Care

Everyone experiences seasons when life feels overwhelming. Whether you're navigating anxiety, adjusting to a major life change, coping with loss, or supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges, therapy can provide the tools and perspective needed to move forward with confidence.

I believe every person has the ability to grow, heal, and build resilience. My role is to help you recognize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your goals while building on the strengths you already possess.

I have a special passion for working with children, adolescents, caregivers, and families. As a middle school social worker, I've spent the past several years helping students navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, peer relationships, self-esteem, family challenges, and school-related stress while partnering with parents and caregivers to create supportive, stable environments at home and at school.

My approach is individualized and integrates Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care. Whether I'm working with a child learning new coping skills, a teenager building confidence, or a caregiver navigating the challenges of parenting, my goal is to create a collaborative environment where growth feels possible and progress is achievable.

I earned my Master of Social Work from West Virginia University in 2024 and am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in West Virginia.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, grief, parenting challenges, or emotional well-being, I'm committed to helping children, teens, and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward a healthier, more hopeful future.
