Choosing to begin therapy takes courage, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and encouraged as they work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools that create lasting growth.

My desire to become a therapist comes from my own life experiences. Growing up, I often wished I had someone to offer guidance, reassurance, and a safe place to process life's challenges. That experience inspired me to become the kind of therapist I once needed—someone who listens without judgment, asks thoughtful questions, and walks alongside clients as they discover their own path forward.

I enjoy working with adults ages 18 and older who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in trauma therapy and enjoy helping clients better understand how past experiences can shape emotions, relationships, and patterns of thinking. Whether we're exploring the effects of relational trauma, learning new coping strategies, or working through difficult life experiences, I believe healing begins with curiosity, self-compassion, and a willingness to take the next step.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe therapy should be collaborative and individualized because every person's story is different.

One of the most important lessons I've learned—both personally and professionally—is that progress isn't linear. Healing isn't about getting everything right all the time. It's about continuing to move forward, even when the path feels uncertain.

As a counseling intern at The Wellness Collective, I'm committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, celebrate progress, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
