Licensed Social Worker | Substance Use • Trauma • Couples & Family Therapy

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. With more than 10 years of experience in mental health and substance use counseling, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating substance use, recovery, trauma, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and other mental health challenges.

I understand that the challenges we face rarely exist in isolation. Our relationships, family experiences, past trauma, mental health, and patterns of substance use can all influence one another. My goal is to help you better understand those connections, recognize your strengths, and develop healthier ways of navigating the challenges you are facing.

I have extensive experience in substance use and addiction counseling, supporting clients at different stages of recovery and helping them work toward meaningful, sustainable change. I also work with individuals processing trauma and difficult life experiences, as well as couples and families experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, relationship concerns, and challenging family dynamics.

My approach is collaborative and centered on you as an individual. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly about your experiences without feeling defined by them. Together, we can identify what you would like to change, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical strategies that support your mental health, relationships, recovery, and overall well-being.

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). My experience has reinforced my belief that there is no single path toward healing or recovery, and therapy should reflect your individual experiences, needs, and goals.

Whether you are struggling with substance use or recovery, processing trauma, navigating relationship or family difficulties, or simply looking for support with your mental health, you do not have to work through it alone. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward greater stability, connection, personal growth, and lasting positive change.
