Life is full of challenges, transitions, and unexpected moments that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum changes, relationship concerns, or simply trying to navigate life's next chapter, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a space where you can openly explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to support lasting growth and emotional well-being.

I work with teens, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, postpartum anxiety and depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, addiction, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and crisis management. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual goals because no two people—or their experiences—are the same.

My approach integrates several evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we'll identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that help you create the life you want to live with intention.

I earned my Master of Social Work from West Virginia University in 2008 and have more than 16 years of experience providing mental health therapy in a variety of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of life's most difficult moments while helping them rediscover hope, resilience, and purpose.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, postpartum mental health, grief, major life changes, or ongoing emotional challenges, my goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and connected as you move toward healing and growth.
