Healing begins with feeling understood—and with having a therapist who believes in your ability to move forward.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you uncover the strengths you already possess, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and equip you with practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in trauma therapy, working with adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, burnout, grief, depression, anger, and complex relationship patterns. Much of my work focuses on supporting first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and other high-stress professionals, though I welcome anyone ready to engage in the work of healing.

My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each individual. Rather than applying the same treatment to every client, I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies to create a plan that fits your unique needs and goals. These approaches include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

As a Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Trainer, I have advanced training in helping individuals process traumatic experiences without repeatedly reliving painful memories. ART is an evidence-based trauma therapy recognized by the American Psychological Association that has helped many people reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, nightmares, and emotional distress. I also provide ART training for mental health professionals looking to integrate this powerful approach into their own clinical practice.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University in 2013, became licensed in West Virginia in 2015, and obtained my Pennsylvania licensure in 2025. I am also an Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor (ALPS), providing clinical supervision for provisionally licensed counselors in West Virginia.

Whether you're recovering from trauma, working through anxiety, strengthening relationships, or navigating one of life's more difficult seasons, my goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps you build the life you want—not simply manage the symptoms that brought you to therapy.

Healing is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone.
