Certified Sex Therapist | Couples Therapy • Sex Therapy • Attachment-Based Therapy

Life's challenges don't happen in isolation—they affect the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and experience our relationships. Whether you're navigating relationship conflict, intimacy concerns, trauma, life transitions, or questions surrounding sexual health, therapy can provide the space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.

I specialize in individual therapy, couples counseling, and sex therapy, helping clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, heal from trauma, and build deeper, more fulfilling connections. My approach is personalized and collaborative because no two people—or relationships—are the same. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

As a Certified Sex Therapist, I work with individuals and couples experiencing concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, desire discrepancies, painful sex, communication challenges, sexual trauma, and sexual or gender identity exploration. My goal is to create a professional, judgment-free environment where conversations about sex and intimacy feel safe, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based care.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, including Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method for Couples, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from West Virginia University and began my career as an elementary school counselor before transitioning into clinical practice. That experience strengthened my understanding of how early relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences shape emotional well-being throughout adulthood.

In addition to providing therapy, I am an Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor (ALPS), mentoring provisionally licensed counselors as they develop their clinical skills and professional identities.

Whether you're looking to strengthen your relationship, improve intimacy, heal from trauma, or better understand yourself, my goal is to help you build healthier relationships—with yourself and with the people who matter most.
