Licensed Professional Counselor | REBT • DBT • Gestalt Therapy
Life's experiences shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, navigating ADHD or Autism, or facing challenges that have left you feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

I believe therapy is about understanding your story—not defining you by your diagnosis. Together, we'll explore the experiences and belief systems that may be influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), bipolar disorder, personality disorders, thought disorders, addiction, and behavioral challenges. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual because lasting growth begins with understanding your unique experiences and goals.

My primary therapeutic approach is Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs that contribute to emotional distress. I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and behavioral interventions to provide treatment that is both practical and personalized.

I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and completed additional professional counseling training through Marshall University. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

Licensed in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, my goal is to help you develop healthier ways of thinking, strengthen your ability to navigate life's challenges, and create a future built on greater confidence, stability, and hope.

Whether you're seeking support for trauma, ADHD, Autism, depression, addiction, or other mental health concerns, therapy can provide the tools and perspective needed to write the next chapter of your story.
