Licensed Graduate Social Worker | ART • DBT • Person-Centered Therapy
Life can present challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I believe every person's experiences are unique, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

In our sessions, I take a person-centered approach, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life and tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My role is to support and guide you as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy. I also draw from theoretical frameworks such as systems theory, attachment theory, and the stages of change model to help you better understand your experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for growth.

Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating life's transitions, or looking to build healthier coping skills, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move toward the life you want to create.
